Who We Are
The HUB is a collaborative initiative of Creative Change Counseling Inc. and Mercer County Department of Human Services, Division of Youth Services, bringing together experienced professionals from various backgrounds—including restorative justice practitioners, counselors, educators, and community leaders. Our team is dedicated to facilitating restorative processes that promote healing, understanding, and positive change.
What We Do
We offer a range of trauma informed services designed to address harm, resolve conflicts, and support individuals and communities in their healing journeys. From restorative justice circles to reentry support, we provide the tools and guidance needed to foster a culture of peace and mutual respect.
OUR SERVICES
Restorative Justice Circles
Our restorative justice circles provide a safe and structured space for individuals affected by harm—whether survivors, persons who caused harm, or community members—to come together, share their experiences, and work toward mutual understanding and resolution. These circles are facilitated by trained practitioners who guide the process with care and respect.
Youth Engagement Programs
Understanding the unique challenges faced by young people, we offer specialized programs that engage youth in restorative practices. These programs provide them with the tools to navigate conflicts, understand the impact of their actions, and contribute positively to their communities. We intentionally collaborate with families, caregivers, and pro-social adult connections to ensure services are youth centered and family focused.
